Nearly all of our emissions come from power consumption, which is why our strategy focuses on reducing energy-related CO₂ while measuring our footprint annually. This focused approach ensures we act where it matters most, with the goal of significantly cutting emissions and moving step by step toward Net Zero.

At Geuther, we put it to the test.
We conducted a full carbon footprint analysis of two of our best-selling safety gates.
Using a cradle-to-gate approach aligned with ISO 14067:2018, we measured emissions from all kind of sources to understand which product produces more carbon emissions overall - all external facts included.
The result? 35% lower carbon footprint when choosing wood over metal.
